I was being very lazy this weekend. I found some good looking NEW candy to review soon. M&M’s has put out a new M&M for the release for the Transformers Sequal.
The candy is called —”Strawberried Peanut Butter” M&M’s.
They taste as if you just got done eating one of the Strawberry Bon-Bon’s and chased it with Peanut Butter M&M’s. It’s a surprsing taste at first and I really didnt know if I liked them or not but I do! I could go for another bag right now! I will try and freeze them to see if that has any change on the taste, but I will not be mad if it doesn’t. Do not taste this expecting a Strwberry Jelly-ish, Peanut Butter taste. It won’t happen, and you’ll be very dissapointed! Taste it as if you have never had those flavors together and you will be happily pleased!

Since my offical candy review post wont be or a week or so i thought I would give info into other things I love!
My non-candy love is Fringe, which just had it’s Season Finale last night! Great show! I have already pre-ordered the DVD. The show centers on a Scientist, his son, and a FBI agent who are all part of a new part of the Government that investigates “Fringe” sciences that may have part to do with the nightmare attacks going on for years identified as the “Pattern”.
It’s on Tuesdays @9pm after Idol, but with the seaosn over it can be found on:

The chocolate used in making them can be semisweet, bittersweet or unsweetened, milk, mint (the chocolate is flavoured with peppermint extract) or white chocolate.
For the best quality, look at the ingredients on the package to see how high up on the list “chocolate liquor” is listed.
Cooking Tips
Chocolate Chips retain their shape when “melted”.
Some food writers advise not to swap Chocolate Chips in for recipes that call for regular cooking chocolate to be melted, as the chips were meant to hold their shape, and when you force them to melt beyond that the chocolate becomes grainy and hard to work with. They neglect the minor fact, however, that there are a zillion recipes that call for you to melt Chocolate Chips. In fact, most people who’ve blithely done it haven’t come across any life-changing challenges in doing so. To melt, melt over a double-boiler or (easier, less fuss) in a microwave. They melt more easily if you put in with them some of a liquid that your recipe calls for, such as milk or syrup.
Substitutes
Carob chips; chopped cooking chocolate.
Equivalents
1 cup = 6 oz by weight = 175g
Storage
Store in a sealed container for up to 4 months.
History
Nestlé was the first to market Chocolate Chips in 1939. They bought the name “Toll House” from Ruth Wakefield, in Massachusetts, who had been making what she called “Toll House Cookies” with chopped up chocolate. Nestlé has sold the “Toll House” Chocolate Chips in a yellow bag since 1939.
Capuchons au chocolat, Pépites de chocolat (French) Schokoladentröpfchen (German)
All I know is that I call them yummy!
